Ronna Shaye Richards

January 27, 1962 - April 8, 2022

1962-2022 Ronna Shaye Richards, age 60, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, April 8, 2022. She was born on January 25, 1962 in Albuquerque, NM, to her parents, Ronald Richards and Gay Stone. Ronna graduated from Los Lunas Highschool in 1980 and studies psychology at the University of New Mexico. She was a beautiful human being with a strong will, bright eyes and a sweet smile for everyone. Ronna was a free spirit who had a passion for reading, learning, exploring mountains, riding horses and helping others. She always presented with a positive outlook on life. Prior to Ronna’s passing, she would say, “I am ok with it. I’ll be getting a promotion!”. In her bible, she initialed “RSR” next to her most favorite verses, such as Psalm 104:31: “May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in his works.” Ronna is survived by her son, Wyatt Harper; grandson, Pecas; granddaughter, Wylie; mother, Gay Stone; stepfather, Stanley Stone; sisters, Kari Stone and Kris Seybold (Tom); three nephews; two nieces; and many cousins. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107). A life celebration will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Southwest Livestock (24 Dalies Rd. Los Lunas, NM 87031). All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ronna’s life.
