1971-2021 Elizabeth Padilla, age 49, a resident of Mountainair, NM, passed away on May 6, 2021. She was well known throughout the Mountainair community. Elizabeth was loved by many. She had such a big and caring heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her nephew, Jeremiah Camacho and great-grandmother, Maria Acosta. She is survived by her daughters, Angelica Martinez (Joseph); and Ashley Camacho; son, Isaac Ray Padilla; parents, Humberto and Gloria Camacho; siblings, Bertha, Hilario, Albert and Araceli Camacho; grandchildren, Noah Ray Torrez, Elena Nunez, Esperanza Nunez, Feliciana Nunez and Cienna Martinez.. Services will take place on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair, beginning with a Public Viewing from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM, a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 AM, a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM and Interment to follow at Mountainair Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hilario, Jesus and Humberto Camacho, Issac-Ray Padilla, Gabriel Padilla, Daniel Lucero, Octavio Cruz, and Steven Burns.
